I suffer from sleep apnea ... or Atleast I think so. They tell me when I sleep, I hold my breath for a moment and make sounds like I'm suffocating. Is this sleep apnea? And if so, no headaches all day long? Because I almost daily headaches and I can not from what they think brings.
