Roshan calling cards for military personnel? - add minutes to my roshan calling card
My husbnad in Afghanistan and Roshan with a prepaid calling card is based, at home. Now he is in a remote region of the country and has no access to buy new cards or add minutes to your current card. Does anyone know one way or another to buy these tickets or your extned minutes? Even if someone proposals for other telephone companies would be eternally grateful. Thank you!
