They did not replace NATO with a manual power source, that the Alpha Jet has to be done .. The number of NATO is on the list with the number of manuals of the manufacturer.
He can advise you when you receive these manuals, and as such will be restricted for military use only.
There should be some cross Refrence list somewhere.
